I worked on another purse last night useing scraps. I did the zipper a little different than the heart one. I like this much better. I know there are probley patterns out there for makeing something like this but I made up the pattern myself. I really like the way they stand on their own. I used different colored thread for the grid quilting and a verigated rainbow thread for the free motion quilting.
Trish..That purse/tote is totally great! Your scraps are bright and it made up so cute. Did you line it with the same bright pink/fushia print? Good job.

The out side of the purse is completely pieced from scraps and the inside is lined with a floral print with green leaves and small pink flowers. Trish
