Some of you that follow my blog know about my trip to Ireland last Oct. Because of St. Patrick's day I thought I would revisit some of it. This is Mom and I in front of the ONLY quilt fabric store we could find in the whole country. We were there for a month and traveled all over the island.

Here is some of the fabric I found.

I don't know if these pictures on your computer shows the metallic shine.

I don't know if I will ever use this fabric. It may just be some of my stash that is brought out to be admired then put away again. LOL

May the luck of the Irish be with ye!
Such beautiful fabrics!!! Faith and begorra!!! And a Happy St. Patty's Day to you!!
ReplyDeleteOooo, I'm having major stash envy over those gorgeous knotwork fabrics! Excuse me while I mop up the drool on my keyboard....there, that's better. What a wonderful find and a great momento of Ireland! I think I'd have a hard time using that fabric too. Best saved for petting, maybe!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fabric!!! That would be a stash keeper for me too. Just get it out and pet it once in awhile. LOL
