I had to put away my daughters word quilt. (inspired by Lazy gal Quilting check out her tutorials) My son is home for spring break and I don't want him to see it as I want to make him one also and he isn't very good at keeping secrets from his sister. So I started playing with making some liberated Churn and Dash.
And playing with scraps making wonkey houses and playing with other kinds of pieced blocks.
WOW! Very creative and liberated. I love your choice of colors, your houses are great. I like using bright colors too.
ReplyDeleteLove the liberated churn and dashes, these are the first I have seen. All your color combinations are terrific.

ReplyDeleteHi there! Thought I'd stop by to say "thanks for stopping by my blog!" I cruised through some of your recent posts about your trip to Ireland - I'm SO jealous that you had a month there! I think I could have stayed... indefinately. :) I've been sick since I got back - so I'm just getting the posts up about our trip - feel free to check back over the next week to find more stories!
